Refund and Dispute Policy
At Guerriero Studios, we strive to provide high-quality design services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of service delivery.
- Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to gabriel@guerrrierostudios.com with detailed reasons for the request.
- Eligibility: Refunds will be considered if there is a demonstrable issue with the quality of the service provided.
- Resolution: We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Disputes: In case of any disputes, we encourage customers to contact us directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to Stripe’s dispute resolution process.
Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your service request at any time prior to the commencement of approved work.
- Termination Requests: Must be submitted in writing to gabriel@guerrierostudios.com.
- Refunds: If the cancellation request is received before work begins, a full refund will be issued. If work has commenced, a partial refund will be determined based on the amount of work completed.
- Notice Period: Either party may terminate a service agreement at any time by giving 60 days prior written notice to the other party. Either party may terminate an agreement immediately.
Legal or Export Restrictions
Guerriero Studios complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Legal Compliance: Services provided will be governed in all respects by the laws of the US, as well as the laws of the State of California, excluding conflicts of law principles.
- Export Restrictions: We do not offer services to countries or entities that are subject to trade sanctions, embargoes, or other legal restrictions.
Terms and Conditions
By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Scope of Work: The scope of work will be outlined in a letter agreement or project proposal.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due as outlined in the agreement standard terms and conditions. Late payments may incur additional fees as noted in the signed agreement.
- Intellectual Property: Neither the client nor design professional shall acquire any right, title or interest in any intellectual property owned, licensed or controlled by the other party as of the effective date for the signed agreement.
- Revisions: Revisions are limited to the number specified in the project proposal. Additional services for revisions may incur extra charges.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 60-day written notice.
Transaction Currency
All transactions will be processed in US$ dollars.
- Currency: The default currency for transactions is US$ Dollars, but we may accept payments in other major currencies upon request.
- Exchange Rates: For payments made in other currencies, exchange rates will be determined by Stripe or your card issuer.
Security Capabilities and Policy for Transmission of Payment Card Details
We are committed to ensuring the security of your payment information.
- Secure Transmission: All payment card details are transmitted via secure SSL encryption.
- Data Storage: We do not store payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
- Compliance: We adhere to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements to ensure your data is protected.
